Scan My Label provides an AI-powered food label analysis service that:

• Analyzes uploaded food label images
• Provides health scores and nutritional insights
• Offers personalized dietary recommendations
• Suggests healthier product alternatives

User Accounts and Registration

To use our Service, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

Subscription and Payment

Our Service is available on a subscription basis at ₹199 per month. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees and taxes
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled
• Our right to change pricing with 30 days notice
• No refunds for partial billing periods

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload false, misleading, or inappropriate content
• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy our Service
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Share your account with others or create multiple accounts
• Use automated systems to access the Service

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Scan My Label and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of content you upload, but grant us a license to use, process, and analyze it to provide our services.

Service Availability

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination:

• Your access to the Service will cease immediately
• We may delete your account and data
• Outstanding payments remain due
• These Terms continue to apply to past use

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
